Final Construction Acceptance

We assist you with the building acceptance by the contracted companies and authorities. We document faults and follow up their elimination.

 

We undertake the following tasks:

 

- Preparation for the acceptance.

- Check the contractual work for the building acceptance.

- Assessment of faults.

- Follow-up of fault eliminations.

- Coordination of fault elimination with the running of the completed complex

- Calculate the costs for incomplete work.

- Calculate the amount of your right of retention.

- Assist with the documentation on the date of the building acceptance.

- Carry out the necessary documentation.

- Document and follow-up of all warranty deadlines.
